Due to food safety reasons we cannot accept returns on items under any circumstances.

Should you wish to change your mind about the order, orders can be cancelled for a full refund up until the order has shipped. Once the order has shipped we can no longer refund the order.

Should items not arrive in the expected condition please contact us with photos of the pack  how they arrived for us to review. Should we deem that the pack arrived in an unsatisfactory we will provide a replacement or credit for the damaged products.
